Size Guide

Size Guide

Choosing the right size is an important part of creating a professional printed product.

The best size depends on how the product will be used, where it will be displayed, and how much information or artwork needs to fit within the design.

Below are several commonly used sizes for popular print products.

Popular Sticker Sizes

Common sticker sizes include:

  • 2" × 2" — small product labels, packaging seals, and compact branding

  • 3" × 3" — product packaging, promotional stickers, and general branding

  • 4" × 4" — larger promotional stickers and product labels

  • 5" × 5" — larger decals, displays, and high-visibility applications

The best sticker size may vary depending on the shape of your artwork, packaging dimensions, and intended application.

Popular Flyer Sizes

Common flyer sizes include:

  • 4" × 6" — compact promotional flyers and handouts

  • 5.5" × 8.5" — half-page flyers

  • 8.5" × 11" — standard letter-size flyers

  • 11" × 17" — larger promotional flyers and posters

Choose a size based on the amount of information, images, and branding you want to include.

Popular Postcard Sizes

Common postcard sizes include:

  • 4" × 6"

  • 5" × 7"

  • 6" × 9"

Larger postcard sizes provide more space for images, promotions, menus, announcements, and marketing messages.

Business Card Size

A standard U.S. business card size is:

3.5" × 2"

Other sizes or custom formats may be available depending on the product.

Measuring Your Project

Before placing an order, carefully measure the area where the printed product will be used.

Please verify:

  • Width

  • Height

  • Orientation

  • Available installation or display area

  • Required margins or spacing

  • Any packaging or surface dimensions that may affect fit

Customers are responsible for entering the correct dimensions when ordering custom-size products.

Bleed and Safe Area

Some printed products require bleed beyond the final trim size.

Bleed allows artwork or background colors to extend beyond the cutting edge so that no unwanted white border appears after trimming.

Important text, logos, QR codes, and other critical design elements should remain inside the recommended safe area.

Artwork requirements may vary by product, so please review the applicable product instructions before uploading your file.

Artwork Resolution

For best results, we recommend:

  • 300 DPI or higher for raster images

  • Vector artwork whenever available

  • Artwork created at the final intended size

  • Fonts outlined or embedded whenever possible

  • High-quality logos and graphics

Low-resolution artwork may appear blurry or pixelated when printed, especially at larger sizes.
